Renting rules

• Setup and takedown are handled by our crew only
• Do not attempt to move or adjust tents once installed
• No open flames, grills, or cooking equipment under tents
• Decorations must be approved (no tape, staples, or sharp objects on frames or fabric)
• Tents are weather-resistant but not stormproof — evacuate during severe weather
• Renter is responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, or lost items
• Ensure the setup area is clear of vehicles, debris, and overhead obstacles before delivery
