💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Pop & Play Detroit, we understand that plans can change — and we want to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below:

🔹 Booking Deposit

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your rental and event date.

The remaining balance is due upon delivery or setup.

🔹 Cancellations

Full Refund: If you cancel at least 7 days (1 week) before your scheduled event, your deposit will be 100% refunded.

Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 7 days of your event, your deposit will be non-refundable.

🔹 Weather Policy ☀️🌧️

We know Michigan weather can be unpredictable!

If severe weather (such as heavy rain, lightning, or high winds) makes setup or safe use of the equipment impossible, you may choose to:

Reschedule your event (subject to availability), or

Receive a 100% refund, including your deposit — no penalty, no fees.

Safety is our top priority; we reserve the right to cancel rentals in unsafe weather conditions and will issue a full refund if this occurs.
