For power, we typically need a standard 120v outlet within 50 to 100 feet of the setup area. Hosting your event at a park without electricity? No problem—just ask us about adding a generator to your rental!
100% yes! We take your safety and health seriously. Every single inflatable is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and sanitized before and after every rental. Our professional crew also ensures that every inflatable is properly and securely anchored—using heavy-duty stakes for grass or heavy weights for hard surfaces—so you can bounce with total peace of mind.
We can set up our tents on almost any surface! Grass is the most common, allowing us to drive stakes into the ground for maximum stability. However, if your party is on a patio, driveway, or parking lot, we can absolutely set up there, too. We just use heavy weights (like water barrels or concrete blocks) to safely secure the tent without damaging your surface. Just be sure to tell us your surface type when booking!
Mother Nature likes to keep us on our toes! Our tents are fantastic for providing shade and light rain protection. However, for the safety of you and your guests, inflatables and tents cannot be safely operated or left up during severe weather, thunderstorms, or high winds (typically anything over 15 mph). We monitor the weather closely leading up to your event and will work with you to discuss backup plans, alternate indoor setup options, or our rescheduling policy.

No, we do not require a deposit. We believe in building a relationship with our community based entirely on mutual trust. Instead of paying upfront, you simply pay at the exact moment of setup.
